Join us for a fun and energizing class blending Yoga with Pilates style core work and Barre moves for flexibility, balance, strength and mindfulness.  All levels are welcome - beginners to experienced students.

Please bring a yoga mat and water.  Blocks are optional.
Come move, stretch, strengthen and recharge!
