Proudly serving adult students on the North Shore since 1195, Cervizzi's has partnered with NRP&R to bring their Adult Self-Defense Program to our community at an affordable cost.  This program is designed for those 18 and over to learn practical self defense skills for everyday life.  It's a great workout as well!
