Come join Deb Luciano for a Yoga Sculpt Class for a total body workout that will sculpt every major muscle group by combining yoga poses, strength training, and pilates. This is a low-impact workout that will enhance muscle tone and flexibility.
All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged.
Please bring your own Yoga Mat and water bottle to each class.
