Multi-sport classes are designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting. Athletes will learn the rules and essential skills of each sport, along with vital life lessons such as respect and teamwork. Each day may include soccer, baseball, basketball and flag football.
Participants should wear appropriate clothing, shin guards (optional) and running shoes. Bring a water bottle, a baseball glove and sunscreeen.
