Code Wiz
Code Wiz will be running this virtual program via Zoom meeting.  All students will need to have the zoom app installed on their computer prior to the class to connect to the meeting link.  A Code Wiz coordinator will be sending out the zoom link for the class to all parents of participants and it will include all instructions needed for the class.  Please note that in order to participate in this virtual program, you will need either a PC or a Mac.  Chromebooks are NOT suitable for this program.

Design Games in Unity                    Ages: 10 and up
Gaming will never be the same again! Get started making your own 2D or 3D games from scratch just like the pros! Create your own game assets with Unity and modify various properties and design beautiful levels using the terrain tools. Whether you are a beginner or have experience with coding, Unity will help you unleash your creative side to build awesome immersive experiences. 
 
Concepts your child will learn: 
In this camp, your child will learn how to navigate a 3D game engine and learn a wide variety of skills by using a 3D world. You will learn how to animate, write C# scripts, learn to use variables and functions, work with gravity, 3D objects, and much more to create a game of their dreams!
 
Choose from:
Session 1:    Time: 10:00AM – 12:00PM   or 
Session 2:    Time: 1:00PM – 3:00PM

Prerequisites - No prior coding knowledge or experience is required.
Tablets/Chromebooks are not supported for online class/camp use. 
 
Items needed for this class:




  • PC or Mac computer minimum of 4GB Ram and 256MB processor speed


  • USB headset


  • Web camera


  • High Speed Internet


  • Computer mouse will be helpful for these classes 


  • Zoom App installed
