Code Wiz
Code Wiz will be running this virtual program via Zoom meeting.  All students will need to have the zoom app installed on their computer prior to the class to connect to the meeting link.  A Code Wiz coordinator will be sending out the zoom link for the class to all parents of participants and it will include all instructions needed for the class.  Please note that in order to participate in this virtual program, you will need either a PC or a Mac.  Chromebooks are NOT suitable for this program.

Create Animations and Games with Python                     Ages: 8-12
Like the idea of animations, funny storytelling with characters or making 2 player games to share with friends? Cool! Using the Python programming language, you’ll get to create fun animations and games. We’ll first learn the basics of Python and afterward, the extent of your creativity can be explored as you come up with and code your own ideas!

Choose from:
Session 1:    Time: 10:00AM – 12:00PM   or 
Session 2:    Time: 1:00PM – 3:00PM

Prerequisites - No prior coding knowledge or experience is required.
Tablets/Chromebooks are not supported for online class/camp use. 
 
Items needed for this class:





  • PC or Mac computer minimum of 4GB Ram and 256MB processor speed


  • USB headset


  • Web camera


  • High Speed Internet


  • Computer mouse will be helpful for these classes 


  • Zoom App installed
