Come to your mat to slow down with us! This class is a slow paced, softer, more nurturing practice. It is designed for yoga newbies, And those with tight bodies, stiffness injury or recovering from illness or surgery. We will mainly focus on relaxing the mind and stretching the body. We welcome all levels. This is a perfect way to unwind and relax after a long day! 

Participants must bring mat, towel and plenty of water.
