This Yoga class is designed for all levels of yoga students and will focus on balance, strength, flexibility and alignment. During the sequence, we'll build some heat in the body and gradually move to a slow flow class. End with a series of postures to restore your body to a deep sense of relaxation. Come join us!
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring a mat, water bottle and a blanket or towel.
